Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Limassol, is expanding and is therefore looking for a very experienced Project Manager for its construction project management team. They have a nice working environment in a nice office and offer good career perspectives.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and controlling of projects from the ground up to commissioning
Monitor the project's key parameters: quality, budge and time
Liaise with the design team and with clients
Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications
Monitor and facilitate the project execution, project administration, correspondence, flow of information and data
Enforce project's standards
Attend progress and technical meetings and perform site inspections
Prepare cost estimations and analysis
Oversee delivery and commissioning
Preparation of the necessary reporting to company management
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years' experience in construction industry
5 years of experience with high rise projects and high-end projects
Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Management or related discipline
Knowledge of software: MS Project, AutoCad, MS Office
Fluent in Greek and English
Experience in residential projects is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Salary based on skills and experience + 13th month
