Our client, a CYSEC Regulated German Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire an Project Manager.
Job Description:
Leading the planning and implementation of projects assigned by the Senior Management team.
Defining a project’s scope and goals, planning and scheduling project timelines based on priorities
Identifying resource planning and budget allocation for each project
Carrying out risk assessments involving the relevant department when needed
Managing project administration through the Company’s PM tools such as: google drive, excel tables, smartsheets, Jira
Facilitating meetings with the Project Owners to check requirements and progress
Meeting budgetary objectives as are set by the Company and report any discrepancies to the Product Owners
Conducting project evaluations and results measurements on a regular basis to make sure that objectives are met
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the Forex industry and a similar role is a must
Excellent knowledge of project management tools including MS Project, Office, JIRA, Visio, Confluence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent time management, organisational and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (e.g.SCRUM) will be considered an advantage
