For our client, a well established Medical Group located in Larnaca we are looking for an experienced, dynamic and committed General Manager to coordinate, manage and develop the Group's Facilities, Sales & Development, Operations and Services.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily business operations.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue.
Hiring employees.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations.
Manage all the departments of the Group and its 3 locations.
Manage all communication, negotiation and consultancy with all Stakeholders.
Develop, coach and mentor the Groups Team.
Requirements:
