THE POSITION:
We are looking for a full time implementation analyst to:
- Plan and monitor the software projects & implementations with the developers
- Process mapping of business processes and producing system reports
- Generate, analyze, evaluate and communicate requirements
- Conducting testing to ensure proper functionality and quality
- Importing data into client systems as needed
- Prepare employee and employer communication documents
- Responsible for the Training (training material, onsite trainings)
- Control the quality of software deliverables and researching for enhancements or needs
- Able to meet deadlines & work independently with minimum supervision
