CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Corporate Services, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their expanding team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will ideally hold a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, possess outstanding administrative and organisational skills and be fluent in both Greek and English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- General office administrative task.
- Basic book keeping such as recording and issuing of receipted invoices.
- Producing statements, various reports and updating records.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Ongoing update, monitoring, review of the bank files by allocating bank statements and supporting documentation.
- Updating corporate files.
- Submission of Annual Return (HE32) with Financial Statements.
- Arrangement for the payment of Annual Levy for an on behalf of clients.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
- Preparing couriers, envelopes for post and arranging messenger pick up etc...
- Allocating incoming mail / couriers i.e. coping and forwarding to respective client.
- Answering telephones, ordering office supplies.
- Archiving company files.
- Outdoor duties such as collecting petty cash, seals, going to post office, buying supplies etc...
- Other admin duties as and when required and assigned.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Any relevant academic background related to Business Administration or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in an Administrative capacity is a must.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills are essential.
- Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken)
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as various duties include updating spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Any previous administrative experience within a Corporate/Services and/or Legal Firm will be considered an advantage.
