CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding company operating in the Online Gaming sector, we are seeking to recruit a Spanish speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will ideally hold previous, demonstrable experience in a Customer Support position, speak excellent, fluent Spanish and English, and be available to work on rotational shit patterns.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone.
- Answering client’s requests.
- Promoting products and services to clients.
- Optimize customers’ satisfaction.
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs.
- Maintaining professionalism at all instances.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation.
- Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Excellent command of the Spanish and English languages.
- Attention to details and quality of work.
- Ability to work freely in Cyprus (EU Status).
