Job Description:
The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience in Residential and Commercial Interior Design Projects. Candidate will manage one or more projects simultaneously from schematic design through Construction Administration.
The candidate must have a deep knowledge of major building systems, being technically proficient in a wide variety of construction-related tasks and have a strong background in interior detailing.
Candidate must be highly experienced in ARCHICAD. The candidate should have a desire to put in the effort to grow in their position.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of related experience is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
Design, Documentation and Construction blueprints skills.
Coordination skills of Construction site, collaboration with all sub-constructors.
Great Knowledge of ARCHICAD, excellent knowledge of Sketchup and VRay Rendering. Any other software will be a plus.
Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily InDesign & Photoshop)
Good understanding of materials, furnishings, lighting and creation of FF&E budgets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary 1400 Euros gross
