CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well-known and respected Telecommunications Providers with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Pre-Sales Engineer to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant will ideally possess 2+ years experience in the Telecommunications industry. A University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering with specialization in telecommunications is preferable.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- To interface and consult with customers to understand their needs and gather requirements for preparing a technical proposal for their telecommunication and IT services.
- To design, document and present complex business telecommunications solutions to customers, based on the company’s portfolio of mobile and fixed products and services.
- To assist the customers in planning & implementing moving their services to the company.
- To assist Business Account Managers to prepare and send technical solutions to customers.
- Assist the existing members of the team in the project management of the complex delivery of fixed & mobile services.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering preferably with specialization in Telecommunications.
- 2+ years’ experience in Telecommunications will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of Fixed and Mobile telecommunications networks and of current Fixed Telecommunication solutions for Business Customers in the Cyprus market will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to design new telecommunication solutions based on Customer requirements.
- Business understanding and changing business context.
- Very good Communication/Presentation Skills.
- Fluent in both Greek and English languages.
