CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-growing payments institution with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a suitably well-qualified and experienced Graphic Designer to join their team. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the online industry and speak excellent fluent English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marcom team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
- Keeps well informed of competitor marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Develops concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.
- Creates and designs web based banners / websites/ landing pages.
- Designs and develops trade show booths for expos, fairs, etc.
- Creates and designs any brochures, leaflets, business cards, etc. required.
- Works cooperatively with key team members.
- Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the online industry.
- An excellent portfolio showcasing visual design work with a strong graphic design sensibility.
- Knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design. Any other knowledge of the Adobe programs will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript would be considered advantage.
- Open, honest, optimistic and collaborative personality.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique.
- A reliable and efficient approach to work.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, high stress design process.
