Main Responsibilities
Implementing, manage and maintaining company and customer infrastructure for switches, routers, firewalls, monitoring tools.
Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
Physical deployment of network equipment to data centers locations
Participating in technical meetings and provide inside
Identifying and resolving urgent issues under pressure
Capable of liaising with other tech areas and 3rd party vendors
Analyses overall network impact of any proposed configuration changes
Maintaining monitoring and alerting systems for network and security devices
Efficiency and ability to take responsibilities for solving issues
Produce and maintaining documentation for activities and projects.
Produce and maintain low level network diagrams
Qualifications:
University degree in computer science or relative subject
Good knowledge of Cisco technologies WAN/LAN
Good knowledge of network routing protocols OSPF and EIGRP (BGP will be consider as advantage)
Good knowledge of layer 2 protocols (STP, VTP, LLDP, CDP, HSRP, Port Security, EtherChannel, VLANs, trucking …etc. )
Good knowledge of layer 3 solution (GRE / IPsec / L2TP / PPP)
Good knowledge of VMWare ESX/HyperV
At least 3-4 years’ proven experience in Routing and Switching (security will be considered as advantage)
Minimum Cisco CCNP or equivalent network certification.
Experience with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump
Any certification in networking or similar technologies will be consider as advantage
Experience with Mikrotik and PaloAlto technologies will be consider as advantage Knowledge of O365 and Azure routing technologies will be considered as advantage
Knowledge in VOIP telephony technologies will be considered as advantage
Knowlage in IPv6 will be consider as advantage
