Role Responsibility
As an Office Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Providing an efficient service and maintain a well-run office
Providing clerical assistance to the manager
· Liaising with the Clients in respect of payments
· Monitoring and document payments
· Keeping up to date lists of all clients / visitors
· Maintaining a cash float and account for all transactions
· Ensuring confidentiality, security of cash/cheques and documentation
· Maintaining an accurate filing system
Checking orders, invoices and payments, receive cash / cheques and banking of same
· The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years
· Experience in using IT Microsoft ‘Office’ applications, accounting software packages would be advantageous
· Good customer service skills
· Good communication skills – written and verbal in Greek and English language
The ability to demonstrate great team work
