Chef Duties

• Preparation of the Dishes on the daily basis
• Lead, mentor the kitchen staff
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
• Develop and plan menus and daily specials
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items

Chef Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in kitchens
• Previous kitchen management experience
• Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ongoing awareness of culinary trends
• Cleanliness
