Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Information Technology company with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Business Operations Specialist to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing critical administrative support to the company, both in terms of general office administration, as well as candidate hiring and relocation coordination. You will possess outstanding organisational skills and be fluent in both Greek and English. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, self-motivated professional to join an expanding team and further develop their career.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the relocation of employees to Cyprus in cooperation with a migration firm.
  • Relocation activities (assist in finding apartments for the employees, registration with electricity authorities, waterboard, internet, car rent, etc.).
  • Assist the Director in opening the company’s new office in Limassol.
  • Managing office correspondence including managing the post, answering the telephone, meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Managing the office, ensuring stock replenishment of stationary, printing, supplies and general upkeep of the office.
  • Book and manage employees and candidate travel including flights, hotels, and corporate apartments if applicable.
  • Organising internal events such as team-building and training.
  • Submission of documents to the governmental authorities.
  • Any other day-to-day support as required by the Director.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Ideally Educated to Degree level in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience within a similar position is a must.
  • Proficiency in Greek & English; Russian will be considered an advantage
  • Compliance experience, ability to work with documents would be an advantage.
  • Self-starter – A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Driving licence and owner of a car for work related tasks.  
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Driven candidate who is ambitious .
  • Excellent administrative skills with outstanding attention to detail as well as problem-solving skills.
