For our client, a well know Security Systems Provider, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team in Limassol.
Role
Responsible for the collection and replenishment of products in the warehouse.
Receives the products according to the predetermined delivery schedule.
Has close contact with technicians and salespeople regarding delivered products to customers according to the worksheet agreed.
Full responsibility of the warehouse and the products received from suppliers, handling of the defective products and their correct return.
Inspection of the products provided to customers (when we talk about wholesale and retail sales and the products he gives to technicians.
Responsibilities
Arranges all products properly and securely.
Follows the first in first out procedure for arranging the products. In case there are defective products, the correct procedure for removal from the functional products is followed.
Controls the warehouse stock balance by avoiding placing large orders resulting in the accumulation of many products and takes care to recycle the equipment that is used.
Ensures that the warehouse tabs are kept properly for each type of warehouse products, as well as ensures that all orders prepared and delivered are made from the old stock units.
Has the responsibility for all receipts, material releases and returns to be registered in the appropriate warehouse manner
Has the responsibility to issue goods to the technical workshops in accordance with the work program and instructions of the Technical Director.
To receive and control the new goods that are cleared through customs.
To monitor the quantities of the goods and where necessary to inform the Business Director for orders of new goods or for local products to buy them himself from our approved suppliers.
Participates in the counting of the stock, and in the counting of the equipment and the replenishment of the equipment of the cars.
Delivers orders coming from retail and wholesale
Requirements:
Relevant University/College Degree in a relevant field will be considered and advantage.
Greek and English in a professional level
3 years of experience in a similar role
Managerial experience will be considered an advantage.
Professionalism, integrity and ethics will be greatly valued.

Salary based on experience, up to 24K EUR/Gross/Annual

07:00 am ti 13:00, 13:00 till 15:00 lunch break, 15:00 till 17:00
