The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role and must be a holder of a University degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or any other relevant field. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for installation, configuration, tuning and administration of switches, firewalls, wireless access points, network segmentations and internet lines
- Evaluate hardware and software solutions for suitable network implementation
- Troubleshoots networking and security issues
- Performs schedule updates and patches on systems
- Provide technical and operational support as well as conduct training to end users
- Provide support to clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other relevant subjects
- 2+ years of experience of relevant experience in a similar position
- Precious experience in security technologies, operating systems and networking tools
- Professional qualifications related to security and networks
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Mikrotik, Fortigate, Aruba and Cisco will be considered an advantage
- Preferred CCNA or MTCNA certificates
