Job Description
Our client is a financial company based in Limassol, and have offices spread across Europe. They offer a unique opportunity to participate in the building of a leading participant in a rapidly growing market place. They are currently looking for a Word Press Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar position with experience in WordPress coding and plugin and expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and PHP.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites & plugins using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and PHP
- Collaborate with our Design team to find the best way to add new features to our WordPress sites with UI/UX in mind.
- Perform continuous testing regarding cross browser compatibility, Google Pagespeed, Google indexing, SEO optimization, UI/UX of website, updating plugins & website software.
Requirements
- Experience with WordPress coding and plugins
- Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and PHP
- Strong knowledge of JQuery and vanilla.js
- Good knowledge of web performance practices
- Familiar with SQL and MySQL
- Understanding how to write clean and well documented code
- Experience of SEO best practices
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Facebook and Google Tag manager tracking
- Experienced with responsive design techniques
- Experience with Divi/Elementor page builder
