Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Limassol, is looking for a Russian-speaking Call Centre Operator.
Responsibilities:
Control & management of contractors (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
Control and management of requests, complaints of the clients
Coordination between subcontractors and clients
Customer Service Line
Control of tasks executions
Requirements:
Fluent English, Russian and Greek is a must
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong ability to work independently and under pressure
Pleasant and friendly personality
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Birtrix24
Prior experience in a customer's service field is desirable
Eu-citizen
The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00-18:00 with lunch break 13:00-15:00
