CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful applicant will hold 1+ years previous experience in a similar role, ideally with an established broker and possess a solid understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit new affiliates.
- Maintain and optimize existing affiliate relationships.
- Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities.
- Search for traffic brokers and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program on our condition.
Key Skills/Experience:
- English at a professional level (written and verbal). Other languages a bonus.
- 1+ year(s) as an Affiliate Manager (ideally with an established broker).
- Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
- Highly organized, strategic and execution focused, with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting.
- Able to take accountability and pride in quality of work.
- Creative thinker, with technological knowledge and deep business understanding.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
