Our client was established in 2003 and they currently operate worldwide with offices in USA, China and Cyprus. They are expanding their office in Cyprus and are looking for a young, smart and proactive individual as their Customer Contact Hero cares about customers' experiences and communicates with them on a regular basis to help them meet their Art needs.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via phone, email, chat and ticketing system
Introduce Company's product to preselected Customers
Present briefly products unique quality and aesthetics
Act both following up the reception of the products but also upon order placement when needed
Be able to independently address support cases regarding core functionalities, common "how-to" questions and known issues related to the company products
Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
Taking ownership of the customer experience
Talking to people and proactively solving issues, converting customers into passionate brand ambassadors
Candidate Profile:
Native English-American speaker
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
+2 years of Customer Service/Tele-Sales experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal and writing skills
Be able to work at night
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Be able to work well autonomously and take initiatives
Comfortable managing competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
Patient and empathetic
Art enthusiast or some previous experience or background with art and artists is highly appreciated
