Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly prestigious, International company with offices in the heart of Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a highly organised and capable Personal Assistant to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant must hold previous experience from a similar administrative position and speak an excellent level of fluent Greek and English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • To provide PA/Secretarial support to the Managing Director.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for MD and Senior Management team.
  • General Accounting duties such as Invoicing, petty cash etc.
  • Handle basic HR functions for the company.
  • Take notes and provide general assistance during presentations and meetings.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Conducting travel arrangements as and when required from Senior Management.
  • Assist in any duties, general office administration, projects and activities as and when required.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Ideally educated degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous, demonstrable experience in a similar position is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Very strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages (Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications is highly preferred).
  • Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Team player and proactive in terms of taking the initiative to perform tasks as required.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, time conscious, ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Well presented - Highly personable - Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
