Job Description
The Company is looking to hire ambitious individuals for its Customer Care department. The Customer Care department is the label of the company; therefore its representatives are expected to represent it at the highest possible level.
Required Qualifications
Excellent knowledge (both written and spoken) of the English and one or more of following European languages: Japanese, German, Chinese
Good computer literate: medium to advance levels in MS office (Excel, Word)
Creative problem solver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ongoing commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.
