Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, a Forex Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a French speaking Call Monitoring Officer;
Responsibilities:
Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis
Quality Assurance Performance
Identify breaches of the company’s internal procedures and relevant regulations.
Ensuring that the company is compliant with the regulatory framework on all levels.
Report and escalate issues as necessary to the compliance department and to the management.
Fluency in English and French – both verbal and written.
Demonstrated work experience in a call monitoring/Compliance role.
University degree in Law, Finance, Economics or in a similar discipline will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
