Job Description:
An International firm that operates in the energy and oil sector, is looking to recruit a Trader’s assistant for its expanding offices in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities:

FolloFollowing up on contracts and negotiations
· Coordinating with counterparties
· Assisting and reporting to the Head of Trading
· Providing direct administrative support including word processing, compiling meeting materials and preparing presentations.
· Scheduling and coordinating external meetings for the Trading team and team members.
· Supporting the projects implemented by the company
· Following up on ship schedule/operations
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics/ Oil & Gas Management as an advantage
· 2+ experience in a similar position- a must
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint- a must
· Computer savvy
· Self-starter/able to work with limited guidance
· Demonstrable experience of coordinating complex projects
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
· Ability to cope with rapid business growth and pressurised environment
· Willingness and ability to work flexible hours at times
· Fluent in Russian and English
