CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Russian Holding Company that is in the process of establishing offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their team.
The salary level for this position is up to 18,000 Euro Gross per annum, plus benefits.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of statutory records of companies.
- Preparation of the application and relevant documentation for the incorporation of a new company in Cyprus and/or foreign jurisdictions.
- Preparation and/or review of corporate documents, drafting and filing of all necessary changes with regards to company changes.
- Ensures proper record keeping and filling in electronic and hard-copy format.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level in Law or Business.
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience as a Corporate Administrator is essential.
- Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken), knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
