Our client an international internet company in the on-line trading field located in Limassol is looking to hire an experienced CFO .
The CFO will be part of the strategic planning, oversee long term budget planning and cost management.
Provide and develop financial strategy and performance measures that are aligned with that strategy.
The candidate must be a leader, sharp, self-starter with great working ethics and the ability to thrive in a strategic and tactical hands-on role within a lean, entrepreneurial organization.
More Responsibility include Financial Management and Treasury Management of the Company's Accounts, including but not limited to Cash Flow Management, Multicurrency accounts management etc.
Day to day management, preparation and submission to Cysec of all reports the Company is required to provide.
Organization of the record keeping required by the legislation and regulation including safeguarding customer' funds and third party assets.
Preparation of the annual financial statements in accordance with International Accounting
Experience:
At least 3 years as CFO Executive director from the online/investment firms industry - a must
Fluency in both English & Greek (Verbal & Written) - a must
Cysec licensed - a big advantage
University Degree in (Accounting/Finance/Economics) - a must
ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA Qualified - a must
